Quality Assurance
With a Quality Assurance System developed using relevant QS9000 elements, Hoosier Tank has implemented assembly line checks and other process-control techniques, resulting in a 0.076% product return rate in 2005.
Hoosier Tank also uses a dipping process when applying its paint to ensure 100% coverage of the product, inside and out. This results in better rust resistance and longer life for the air tanks.
